Part of a ten-year series, these collectible ornaments feature local artworks hand-picked by our society members. This year, for 2022, we feature the works of two talented Bahamian artists: The Parrot artwork was painted by local artist, Brandin Pinder; the Lightstation and background was painted by Lori Higgs Thompson of Marsh Harbour.
Our annual ornament collection brings much-needed restoration funds to Hope Town, Abaco, devastated by Hurricane Dorian. Each $25 ornament purchased allows us to further restore, preserve and protect the last 1800s kerosene burning, hand-cranked lighthouse of its kind in the world!
